AIVA Channel Manager
Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026.
Who operates the app
AIVA Collective operates AIVA Channel Manager. Contact wawerucreating@gmail.com with privacy questions or deletion requests. The application is currently used only by its operator for their own channels.
Information accessed and its purpose
The app uses YouTube API Services to retrieve authorized channel identifiers, titles and channel details; uploaded-video identifiers, titles, dates and available statistics; activity and audience reports; and available estimated revenue reports. These support local channel review, comparisons, reporting and planning. Manually entered notes, labels and plans are also stored locally.
youtube.readonly: read channel and video information.yt-analytics.readonly: read activity and audience analytics.yt-analytics-monetary.readonly: read estimated revenue and monetary analytics.
These scope names have the prefix https://www.googleapis.com/auth/. New connections request all three read-only scopes. Google sign-in takes place in your browser; the app does not ask for or store your Google password.
Storage and security
Reports and local planning information are stored in a SQLite database on the operator’s Windows computer. OAuth authorization credentials are stored separately in Windows Credential Manager. The app supports local database backups and exports. These files may contain channel information and reports; they are not represented as encrypted by the app.
Sharing and external services
The operator does not share the app’s YouTube data with other people, AI services or cloud backup services. The app communicates with Google to authorize access and retrieve data. Channel images may load from Google image servers. A separate USD/KES exchange-rate lookup contacts Frankfurter using the currency pair; that lookup does not send YouTube reports or authorization credentials.
This information website does not receive the desktop app’s OAuth credentials or YouTube reports. It has no signup, analytics scripts, advertising, embedded media or tracking cookies. The hosting provider processes ordinary connection information to deliver pages; server error logs may record technical request details. If you email us, your address and message are processed through Gmail to respond to your enquiry.
Retention, revocation and deletion
The current desktop app retains saved reports, notes and backups until they are removed locally. It does not implement an automatic deletion schedule. Revoking Google access prevents future authorized retrieval but does not automatically erase previously saved local data.
You can revoke access through Google Account permissions. To remove saved data, stop the desktop app and remove the relevant local database, its associated database files, saved exports and backups, and the app’s saved entries in Windows Credential Manager. This removes local records, not your YouTube channel or content. Contact the operator for help identifying the correct files or for a deletion request. The app’s limited undo-connection feature is not a substitute for removing all retained copies.
Google policies and changes
See the Google Privacy Policy for Google’s handling of information. If the app’s audience, data use, storage or sharing changes, this policy must be updated before those new practices begin.
